Super clean place, even smells clean. Really secure and friendly, helpful staff. They just started installing new security measures so my monthly price did increase, but not by much. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve been meaning to write this review since the end of November, and I’m so glad I’m finally doing it. The entire experience here has been wonderful. The storage lockers are clean, secure, and easy to access however, what really stood out to me was the incredible customer service. The gentleman who works on the weekends is absolutely fabulous! He was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful at a time when I was going through a really difficult period in my life, and his care honestly made my day. I wish I remembered your name, but please know how grateful I am. Your kindness meant more than you probably realized. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for storage. And if you can, definitely come in on the weekend and you’ll be in the best hands. Thank you so much, and I hope to see you again soon!

Excellent service. The customer service rep was very thorough and helpful. They have the best price of any storage unit I've seen in Vancouver. Would definitely recommend.
