Absolutely top-notch storage experience at Storguard Richmond. The managers - Rico and Harry - were both very friendly, helpful, and accommodating — it was a pleasure dealing with them. The facility itself is clean, dry, well-maintained, and feels very secure. Access is easy, and loading/unloading is smooth with plenty of loading bays. It is clearly a well-run and professional place. And nice artwork in the lobby! If I still needed a locker, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommend Storguard to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality self-storage facility.

First of all I want to thank Rico , his knowledge and expertise made everything so perfect and smooth. Second this place is super clean, safe and convenient that you can’t imagine. It’s incomparable with any other storage facility. I chose this place after physically going storage to storage to evaluate and this is by far the best.

I was very impressed from the moment I walked in and met Harry at the front counter. Harry took me on a tour of the facility to look for the unit that worked for me. The place is bright and clean and very well organized. They have lots of space at the loading docks which are covered and very easy access to carts which all worked really great for me as I was moving from a different very old storage location. The facility is very modern with key codes to get in and out with alarm systems on the individual units.
