Here at Storguard, the health and safety of our customers and staff are of utmost importance to us. As the coronavirus threat continues, we have put additional procedures in place to protect you, our guests, and our employees.  These will be modified as necessary to cope as this pandemic evolves. We are continuing to watch for guidelines and updates from the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization (WHO), and the BC public health authorities regarding covid-19 protective measures.

All of our self-storage locations in Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, Burnaby and New Westminster, will remain open so our customers can continue to have access to their storage units. We are asking that you call for any questions you have, before coming in. And if possible, please reconsider coming in at all. A few weeks delay, if it can be managed, will help us all be safer.

We have been in the storage business for 20 years and value using a sign in sheet for each customer checking in with the storage manager. This face-to-face customer service lets our managers develop a personal rapport with our customers and allows them to know who is in the building. In light of the need for physical distancing, we have closed our offices off where necessary and will be communicating through windows or by phone.

We appreciate your business and your patience during this time. We will continue to do our best to stay open for our customers and keep them safe. If you have any questions, or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
